As yacht owners and charter operators ourselves, we have a physical presence in both One Degree 15 and Marina at Keppel Bay and have conducted more than 500 charters on our boats, including BBQ and  dinner cruise options in Singapore. Learning through our own experience and working on the ground (literally) beside all these charter boats gives us that "insider knowledge" to know which one to recommend out of the many that look and sound similar - something a platform or a broker won't have. Additionally, in most cases, other yacht owners are our friends and neighbours in the marina. Because we know them personally, as you would your next-door neighbour, we are able to recommend those that care about the customer experience.
